Top 10 Best Emergency Plumbers In New York – Yesterday i call Petri Plumbing & Heating, Inc., Petri was prompt to respond and schedule an appointment. However, when scheduling they refuse to provide a quote or even a rough estimate when you describe the problem. Why? because they charge a $100 fee just for showing up to give you an estimate that you have to pay whether or not you move forward with their suggestion. We called in for a simple wax seal repair on an otherwise new toilet (under a year old in a new construction). We had been experiencing some sewer gas smells. Petri showed up, took a visual look at the toilet, and then proceeded to propose an over $1600 job for a wax seal fix. They stated they needed to replace the valve, that we should replace the entire toilet (which of course we should order through petri and not go out on our own to get). It was a classic, but very poorly executed upsell job with unbelievable prices for something that should’ve been a simple fix that we would have gladly paid a few hundred dollars for. So now we are out $100 just because they showed up. I do not recommend this service and we will be going to task rabbit to support smaller, more honest local professionals..
Plumbing may get complicated or your home’s condition may be at stake. Not all plumbing services offer their assistance around the clock. For this reason, you should look for a plumbing service that provides 24/7 service. Otherwise, you will not get the help that you’ll require when you experience an emergency in the center of the night.
Okay of our recommendation for Emergency Plumbers in New York, hopefully it helps you in making decision.
